Personal Workshops - Creating the life of your dreams
If you have vision and an absolute desire for a life of health, fulfilment and self achievement, then the Personal Workshop Programme is for you. Comprising a series of weekly, two-hour workshops run over a six week time frame, it will move you forward fast. A powerful one-to-one personal coaching session completes the programme, enabling you to 'pull out the stops' and add vital momentum to your personal plan for success.

Personal Workshop sessions run in sequence and you’ll need to attend at least five of the six sessions, including the one-to-one coaching session, to gain maximum benefit. We run this programme in various locations during the daytime and in the evenings.
