Founder Sharon Knight brings more than twenty years’ experience in people development and management to Success Unlimited. With a background in human resources in the hotel and retail sectors, Sharon has also owned and operated her own highly successful fitness business with Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs. Sharon’s extensive experience of training spans both large corporate environments and small, privately owned businesses.
A natural progression
“Establishing Success Unlimited was a natural progression for me,” Sharon reflects. “My business background is quite rich and diverse, and I built up my skills in a range of different environments. I find that this enables me to inspire, encourage and motivate people from many different walks of life to maximise their individual outcomes – achieving and enjoying the best quality of life possible.”
Working for wellbeing
Sharon has coached individuals ranging from senior professionals to full time mothers and budding youngsters just starting out in adult life. “I have worked with people who wish to focus on one specific challenge within their life, right through to those who want a complete overhaul to achieve self-fulfilment in line with their personal values,” Sharon comments. “I encourage clients to place health and fitness high up the agenda – and it's interesting to note that the impetus and energy needed to make other life improvements often seem to flow naturally from this emphasis on physical wellbeing.”
